We want you to love your Crafts City purchases! That’s why we offer a straightforward return policy:

Return Window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items: For a full refund, items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, missing parts (not due to our error), or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Simple Refund Process:

  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

  3. Inspection & Notification: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within a reasonable timeframe.

  4. Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Missing Refund?

  1. Check Your Accounts: Review your bank statement and credit card statement before contacting us.

  2. Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company: There may be a processing delay on their end.
